INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE II

Will support members of the sales team. If you have recent experience in a supportive sales role, have outstanding communication skills and exemplary customer service skills, this may be the position for you. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make decisions material to business; exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
  • Represent Westwind in a positive and professional manner
  • Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
  • Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
  • Sales administration duties are performed accurately and on time
  • Arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared
    Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor, or manager
  • Conduct Contract Administration Requests including adds, deletes, and changes
  • Complete and maintains all contract reporting requirements
  • Respond to all RFQs on, or before the due date, or established deadline
  • Solicit bids from multiple vendors/distributors
  • Accurately complete all quotes. Ensure margin is in-line with current management guidelines, or with supervisor’s input
  • Immediately respond to all customer awards, purchase orders or delivery requests
  • Track all purchase orders (PO’s) and communicate ETAs, shipping information, or possible delays to the customer
  • Process any return to manufacturer (RMA) due to equipment or software failures, or items received dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Conduct post sales follow-up with an email or phone call. Own the sale cradle to grave
  • Provide recommendations regarding the improvement of customer sales and retention tools and procedures
  • Assist the Admin Assistant with any accounts payable (AP) or accounts receivable (AP) issues
  • Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
  • Actively participate in events, meetings, and calls
  • Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing materials
  • Actively participate in studying and testing for industry certifications

Experience & Required Skills

  • Two to three years Sales Experience or some level of customer service experience and or IT industry
    BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or 5 years of related industry experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with considerable tact and diplomacy
  • Knowledge of business and technical vocabulary

INSIDE SALES REP ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
  • Will support a program manager and team
  • Will communicate through email and telephone with all federal customers, vendors, and OEM’s
  • Will provide quotes on IT items and services requested by the Federal Government
  • Excellent computer skills as well as top notch customer service skills required to be successful in this position
  • Will be responsible for detailed record keeping, daily communication with supervisors and members of a sales team

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT I

Job Summary: This blended position involves taking incoming calls, quoting and order processing.  This person will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, while building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with new and existing customers.

  • High School Diploma or GED Required with an AA or BA preferred
  • 1+ years of hands-on administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

WAREHOUSE CLERK

Will assist with warehouse duties, building maintenance, and repairs.

Requirements

  • Need a clean driving record for customer deliveries to the Albuquerque and Los Alamos areas.
  • Must have prior building maintenance experience, customer service skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Must be reliable, dependable, follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift to 50lbs safely.
  • Other duties may include using hand-held tools and ladders.
  • Will be required to bend, stoop, lift and potentially climb on a stop stool and or ladder.

Salary is $12-$14.00 per hour.
